The Perfect Pair - Combine your 8 Week Challenge with our ITTL Workout Journal to keep track of all of your workouts across the 8 Weeks. This ITTL Journal is the perfect way to see your progress, identify your strengths and weaknesses and enable you to keep progressing across the Challenge! Choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Level (all Challenges contain both Gym and Home Programmes to follow) with 3-4 weekly workouts within the Beginner challenge and 4-5 weekly workouts in the Intermediate and Advanced. For home Workouts you ideally need Dumbbell and or Kettlebells or any form of weights, along with a bench/box/chair or sofa and some optional resistance bands. Because the digital content is delivered to your email as a download you are unable to return this to us for a refund or exchange because a copy could have been taken. The Consumer Rights Act (UK) was updated on 1 October 2015 to give consumers clear legal rights entitling them to a repair or replacement only when digital products are faulty. You must report a faulty product to us via email, with visual evidence of the fault, within 30 days of the transaction date. Within the 30 days, where evidence is provided, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email customer care with any other questions you may have.

Delivery Pricing
All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t-shirts or mugs.
When Will Your Order Leave?
It will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.

UK Delivery
This is a signed-for service. Delivery in no more than 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.
Delivery Times
Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package; otherwise, collection from your postal office will be required.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, your order will arrive as follows:
Non-Delivery
Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
